Sponsorship Opportunities
SHRM – Racine and Kenosha Area Chapter Sponsorship Policy
The SHRM - Racine and Kenosha Area Chapter offers opportunities for human resources related vendors and organizations to increase their visibility to area human resource professions through a sponsorship program. Sponsorships will be approved by the SHRM – Racine and Kenosha area Chapter Board of Directors. We value our corporate partners. They help us maintain high quality programming, a strong commitment to the business community and reasonable program costs.
Meeting Sponsorship:
The cost to sponsor a meeting is $400.00. The benefits include brand visibility, speaking opportunity, Event presence and ability to network with HR professionals and distribute marketing materials to attendees.
Benefits include:

Display and present human resources related products and/or services to meeting attendees

Place materials on each of the tables at the meeting

Network with the meeting attendees

Provide a door prize (if desired) to collect business cards

Introduction of your company as a sponsor by the meeting facilitator with a few minutes to speak

Attend the meeting (up to two representatives at no additional cost)

Link to your company website on the SHRM – Racine and Kenosha Area Chapter website meeting notice
Annual Sponsorship Levels:
The cost to sponsor the SRKA for the entire year (January thru December) is $3,000.00. The benefits include brand visibility, speaking opportunity, Event presence and ability to network with HR professionals and distribute marketing materials to attendees throughout the year.

For the Calendar Year:

Introduction of your company as a sponsor by the meeting facilitator

Display and present human resources related products and/or services to meeting attendees

Premium SRKA Membership and the ability to network with the meeting attendees at each meeting
For up to 3 meetings:

A company representative will have a few minutes to speak

Place materials on each of the tables at the meeting

Provide a door prize (if desired) to collect business cards

Link to your company website on the SHRM – Racine and Kenosha Area Chapter website meeting notice AND mentioned in TWO Quarterly Newsletters.
October Annual Meeting Sponsorship:
The cost to sponsor the SRKA Annual Meeting is $600.00. The benefits include brand visibility, speaking opportunity, Event presence and ability to network with HR professionals and distribute marketing materials to attendees our largest monthly meeting of the year.
Benefits include:

Display and present human resources related products and/or services to meeting attendees.

Place materials on each of the tables at the meeting.

Network with the meeting attendees.

Provide a door prize (if desired) to collect business cards.

Special Event Sponsorship:
The cost to sponsor the SRKA for a special event if $750.00. From time-to-time SRKA will host other events such as seminars, conferences and networking socials.
