SHRM – Racine and Kenosha Area Chapter Sponsorship Policy
The SHRM - Racine and Kenosha Area Chapter offers opportunities for human resources related vendors and organizations to increase their visibility to area human resource professions through a sponsorship program. Sponsorships will be approved by the SHRM – Racine and Kenosha area Chapter Board of Directors. We value our corporate partners. They help us maintain high quality programming, a strong commitment to the business community and reasonable program costs.
Meeting Sponsorship:
The cost to sponsor a meeting is $400.00. The benefits include brand visibility, speaking opportunity, Event presence and ability to network with HR professionals and distribute marketing materials to attendees.
Benefits include:
- Opportunity to speak at one monthly chapter meeting to introduce your organization and share information about your HR-related products or services
- A table at the sponsored meeting to display your company information and connect with attendees
- Opportunity to distribute handouts and marketing materials to meeting attendees
- Opportunity to provide a drawing or door prize to encourage engagement and collect business cards
- Free admission (for one) to the sponsored monthly chapter meeting
- Company logo featured on the SRKA website
- Company logo included on applicable chapter marketing materials for the sponsored meeting
- Opportunity to network and build relationships with HR professionals
Annual Sponsorship Levels:
The cost to sponsor the SRKA for the entire year (January thru December) is $1,200.00. The benefits include brand visibility, speaking opportunity, Event presence and ability to network with HR professionals and distribute marketing materials to attendees throughout the year.
Benefits For the Calendar Year Include:
- Opportunity to speak at two chapter meetings to introduce your organization and share information about your HR-related products or services
- A table at sponsored meetings to display your company information and connect with attendees
- Opportunity to distribute handouts and marketing materials to meeting attendees
- Opportunity to provide a drawing or door prize to encourage engagement and collect business cards
- Free admission (for one) to the monthly chapter meetings throughout the year
- Opportunity to submit one article per year to be distributed to SRKA members through chapter email
- Company logo featured on the SRKA website
- Company logo included on applicable chapter marketing materials
- Ongoing opportunities to network and build relationships with HR professionals throughout the year.

The cost to sponsor the SRKA Annual Meeting is $600.00. The benefits include brand visibility, speaking opportunity, Event presence and ability to network with HR professionals and distribute marketing materials to attendees our largest monthly meeting of the year.

- Opportunity to speak at one monthly chapter meeting to introduce your organization and share information about your HR-related products or services
- A table at the sponsored meeting to display your company information and connect with attendees
- Opportunity to distribute handouts and marketing materials to meeting attendees
- Opportunity to provide a drawing or door prize to encourage engagement and collect business cards
- Free admission (for one) to the sponsored monthly chapter meeting
- Company logo featured on the SRKA website
- Company logo included on applicable chapter marketing materials for the sponsored meeting amd in the quarterly newsletter
- Opportunity to network and build relationships with HR professionals
Special Event Sponsorship:
The cost to sponsor the SRKA for a special event if $750.00. From time-to-time SRKA will host other events such as seminars, conferences and networking socials.
Benefits include:
- Opportunity to speak and to introduce your organization and share information about your HR-related products or services
- A table at the sponsored event to display your company information and connect with attendees
- Opportunity to distribute handouts and marketing materials to attendees
- Opportunity to provide a drawing or door prize to encourage engagement and collect business cards
