Reduce a Toxic Culture and Improve Employee Engagement

Description:

Humanizing the workplace starts by humanizing conversations.  A recent survey by State of Business Communications reported that an average of 1.2 Trillion dollars is lost each year due to poor employee communication.

Communication between all levels impacts culture, employee mental health, connectedness, morale, engagement, and overall employee satisfaction.

Strengthening the understanding of our employees and communication at all levels of the organization improves all layers within it.

In this session, you can expect to learn more about various learning behaviors and styles of communication to help reduce toxic cultures and improve employee engagement.  You will also get simple ideas, tools, and conversation ideas to take back and implement with your teams.
