Strengthening the understanding of our employees and communication at all levels of the organization improves all layers within it.
In this session, you can expect to learn more about various learning behaviors and styles of communication to help reduce toxic cultures and improve employee engagement. You will also get simple ideas, tools, and conversation ideas to take back and implement with your teams.
