SRKA Annual Membership Meeting!

This is one of our biggest events of the year!

Q4 of 2021 is here and we are fast approaching our annual membership meeting!  I am so excited about the opportunity to share with our members and guests the exciting things that we have accomplished in 2021 and what we have planned for 2022.

There is no doubt that we will land on the other side of this virus, but things may be a little different moving forward.  We are committed to continuing to provide excellent programming as well as other member engagement activities in the future.

We will talk more about those enhancements and unveil some of our additional member benefits during our annual meeting on Thursday, Oct. 21 from 11:30 a.m. until 1:00 p.m.  At that meeting, we will handle some chapter business beginning at 11:30 a.m. and our speakers Emily Mullen and Joshua Bergman will speak at noon.

Join us as we:

  • Recap 2021
  • Thank our 2021 Board of Directors
  • Discuss 2022 Membership Rates and Benefits
  • Discuss what we will focus on for 2022
  • Hear a great presentation on wellbeing and engagement

Framework For The Future: Wellbeing and Engagement.

Wellbeing and engagement are no longer just healthcare cost management programs.  These key initiatives have been combined and realigned as more inclusive, sustainable and competitive solutions that drive organizations to deliver better on their employee value proposition.

The most effective wellbeing initiatives and programs support a comprehensive approach that considers both the organization's and the individual's perspectives on wellbeing.  In this session, participants will redefine how they assess wellbeing efforts by lookin at industry insights and examing their organization's framework through a culture of wellbeing assessment.

Learning objectives:

  • Understand the importance of an integrated approach to individual and organizational wellbeing
  • Learn how to assess your organization's wellbeing framwork through a workplace culture assessment
  • Be able to benchmark their wellbeing efforts compared to industry market.

Speakers: Emily Mullen and Joshua Bergman
