OSHA's ETA on Mandatory Vaccine Policies
Join us for an in-depth discussion on OSHA’s Emergency Temporary Standard (ETS) on mandatory vaccine policies. Generally, the ETS requires large employers to “develop, implement, and enforce” a mandatory COVID-19 vaccination policy or, alternatively, a policy requiring employees to undergo regular testing and wear a face covering in the workplace.
We will discuss the required policy provisions, administrative guidelines, the implementation deadline, potential penalties for non-compliance, etc.
We’ll also have time for a roundtable and discussion afterwards.
