Leslie’s unique perspective and approach comes from 30 years spent in corporate environments as a human resources professional. A lifelong learner, she has achieved a number of certifications including a facilitator with Conversational Management, Thera-Rising, IPV Consulting and DISC based learning tools. Her commitment to helping others grow and develop led her to teach human resources, business, and marketing courses as an adjunct faculty member at Davenport University and as an independent consultant with Business Network International.
Leslie received her bachelor’s degree from Spring Arbor College and her master’s in human resource development from Western Michigan University.
