How to Develop Compensation and Wage Scales

How does your organization determine how much to pay an employee?  If you aren’t using a compensation or wage scale, you aren’t alone.  Recent surveys show that only 50% of companies have a salary structures in place.

This presentation will discuss:

  • why compensation structures are important today
  • the basics of building a structure
  • some best practices for updating and maintaining a compensation/wage scale.
