Mackenzie is a seasoned HR professional with experience working with large multinational organizations, as well as family owned businesses in the manufacturing, chemicals, and technology industries. She brings deep HR business partner experience in union, nonunion, division, and corporate environments, as well as expertise in leading HR functions such as compensation, benefits, HR systems, talent management, and recruiting.
Prior to joining MRA, Mackenzie led total rewards and HR systems for a US entity of an internationally based manufacturing firm. She has experience with multibillion dollar integrations, as well as smaller merger and acquisition transactions.
Mackenzie enjoys getting into the details with member companies to use data to develop strategies that enable businesses to thrive. She has always loved to solve puzzles. Choosing a career in human resources, with an emphasis on data and numbers, has proven to be a fulfilling and challenging profession.
