Daniel Finerty
Daniel J. Finerty is a shareholder with Lindner & Marsack, S.C. in Milwaukee. He concentrates his legal practice on representing and counseling clients in labor and employment litigation and compliance matters in front of administrative agencies, federal, state and tribal courts and in labor arbitration.
Daniel has represented Wisconsin counties, cities, school districts, Native American tribes, tribal-owned businesses, and private sector employers in several different industries. He has handled litigation matters involving numerous federal, state, local law and tribal laws and ordinances in state, federal and tribal courts for his clients. Daniel regularly works with, and at the request of, several Employment Practice Liability Insurance carriers, for which he serves as Panel Counsel.
Daniel is a 1998 graduate of Marquette University Law School and received his undergraduate degree in Political Science and Spanish from the University of Wisconsin – Madison in 1994.
