Matt Jones: Adversity and Change: Life is a marathon and so is Human Resources.
Matt Jones
We can all agree that 2020 has been a very interesting year. Seriously, you cannot make this up and the hits just keep on coming. But there is hope. Matt Jones will share his message that life and human resources are a marathon, but we are in charge of how we respond to what life throws at us. Matt will speak to us about how to stop stressing and select hope over fear.
Matt is known as the “Eight Continent Marathon Man.” He went from being a three-time cancer conqueror to re-learning how to walk. He also went through a bone marrow transplant and has now completed in eight marathons on eight continents including the newly discovered continent of Zealandia.
Matt is a true champion and his story will inspire us to be true champions as well. Matt has done what no other human has done and is considered a conqueror, overcomer, champion, and possibly superhuman. Join us to hear Matt's inspiring story and message.
This session is approved for SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) and pending for HRCI re-certification credits.
