Maximizing Networking
Since early March, we've had multiple opportunities in our chapter meetings for thought-provoking discussions and learning, but haven't had much opportunity to network because we are unable to congregate due to the global pandemic.
We want to change that and give members and guests an opportunity to connect, network and talk about burning issues. Not only will we have a chance to get to know each other better, but we will also review what networking really is, the immense benefits of networking and how to do it effectively.
Join us to chat and discuss maximizing your success through networking!
After we've had a chance to connect, Kristin Gupta, Executive Recruiter for Ajilon will walk us through how to effectively strengthen your current network or how to use networking to find your next job opportunity.
You will not want to miss this session!
Kristin Gupta
When COVID '19 struck, Kristin saw how many local companies and employees, their families, and networks were effected and I wanted to do something to help! One of her greatest strengths is as a connector of people, so she decided she would help people meet in a virtual platform that would allow us to discuss open issues that we are facing today. Now, that virtual group has grown to 80 plus attendees, and we've discussed topics that are effective for business leaders hoping to help their employees and companies pull out of this crisis and candidates that have been displaced due to COVID. She is proud of the positivity, and openness that this group contains and look forward to growing all of our careers and communities moving forward!
