Reimaging Human Resources into 2021
Over the past several months COVID-19, changing regulations, and escalated social tensions have impacted both businesses and individuals creating a challenging new reality. HR professionals have quickly pivoted, evaluated new circumstances, and absorbed new information to advise and support business leaders and employees.
As HR professionals assess recent events to understand the impact on their company’s business operations, priorities, budget and workforce management, they’ll want to build a roadmap for continued business success. This presentation will explore some of the emerging topics and how strategic HR professionals can partner with business leaders to understand and support new business models in the rapidly changing community and global environment.
Melissa Buenger
Speaker Biography:
Melissa Buenger is an HR Business Partner with QTI Human Resources, Inc. She specializes in providing HR services including employee relations, onboarding, workshops, separations, and policy and practice compliance guidance to clients in a variety of industries.
Melissa has over 10 years of experience in various HR functions including roles as a Talent Management Consultant, Total Rewards Administrator, Total Rewards Manger, and Compensation Analyst. Prior to QTI Human Resources, Melissa worked for UW Credit Union and UW Health.
Melissa graduated from the University of Wisconsin-Madison with a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Finance, and holds both the Professional in Human Resources (PHR) and SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) certifications.
This session has been approved for SHRM Professional Development Credits (PDCs) and HRCI re-certification credits.
