Let's do some summer reading together!!
Emotional Intelligence (EQ) is the capacity to be aware of, control, and express one's emotions, and to handle interpersonal relationships judiciously and empathetically. It is no secret that EQ is critical to our success.
In Emotional Intelligence 2.0 by Travis Bradberry and Jean Greaves, we will learn how to increase our EQ to improve relationships. Let's read, learn and discuss together to grow personally and professionally.
