Creating Benefit Packages to Attract and Retain Quality Employees

Recruiting quality employees is challenging in this economy and all companies are looking for an edge to attract the best talent.  Benefits is one of the top factors for a potential new employee when deciding on their next career move.  How do you differentiate yourself from the competition?

We will discuss the latest trends and how companies are adding to their benefit package at little to no cost.  We will also discuss the importance of employee education on consumerism and the difference in health care and health insurance.  We also want to make you aware of options for part-time and seasonal workers from direct primary care, discount programs, etc.

All these items can make a total compensation statement look extremely attractive when recruiting and assist in the retention of your valued employees.  You will leave this session with some concrete ideas to implement when you get back to the office.
