How a Commitment to Inclusiveness and Diversity Creates Economic Growth
Session Description:
Around the country, businesses are committing to strengthen civic engagement for more inclusive communities. As an example, the CDW Supplier Diversity Program has found significant traction against a primary goal to drive economic growth through inclusivity for individuals in diverse communities -- which is why CDW overall spend across diverse businesses exceeded $2 billion in 2018. Join us for this session to learn how your business can support efforts to create equality in the supply chain through impactful sourcing and meaningful procurement, and how this improves diverse businesses by teaching, training, and supporting them to grow through inclusiveness in their local communities.
