The Courage to Lead – Why Courage is Critical to Leadership and How to Use It
Session Description: You may believe that courage only comes in the grandiose acts of valor that make up heroes and history. The truth is it takes a great deal of courage to lead people in life and work. Daily courageous interactions culminate to define you and others as leaders. In this presentation I will show you the effects of small acts of courage, how you can become a courageous leader and how to inspire courage in those around you.

· Recognize why courage is a necessary trait of any leader
· Learn the effects of courageous leadership on organizations
· Understand how to develop courage within other leaders in your organization
