Maximizing the Value of Survey Data and Survey Participation with MRA

MAXIMIZING THE VALUE OF SURVEY DATA AND SURVEY PARTICIPATION

Presented by members of MRA-The Management Association’s Total Rewards Team, this presentation will offer HR professionals insight regarding the value of participating in surveys in order to secure high-quality and reliable local, regional and national survey data.  

In addition to the mechanics of survey participation, the presentation will overview the process of gathering survey data, the meaning of survey terms, the reporting of data, various applications and uses of critical data, and how compensation strategies and decisions can be better supported through use of credible data.  

Lastly, the presentation will focus on how data is a key driver in overall Total Reward strategies, processes and outcomes in ensuring better alignment with company and employee goals, objectives and outcomes in recruiting, developing and retain top talent.

What are the learning objectives of this program?

1. Leverage participation in surveys contributing to the organization’s strategic HR process.

2. Explore and discuss ways to efficiently and effectively participate in data gathering and using data to improve decision making around pay and other compensation, benefits & trend research.

3. Use data to improve decision making around pay and other compensation, benefits & trends work to impact strategic planning.

By the end of this session, participants will come away/be able to:

Correctly and strategically participate in the collection and application of survey data, whether compensation, benefits or trends in nature as well as understand the strategic implications of using sound, credible and reliable data reported by employers.
