Speaker Bio
Kristin Strunk is a highly versatile, progressive, human resources professional with over 20 years of progressive experience in human resources management, including: communication, organizational change, labor relations, international HR, acquisitions integration, strategic business planning, training and development, culture and organizational evolutions, and employee coaching. Kristin has worked at established Wisconsin companies such as: Falk Corporation, Kohler Company , Charter Manufacturing, and most recently at Harley Davidson.
Ms. Strunk earned an MBA from Marquette University, SPHR certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute (HRCI), and SHRM-SCP certification from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM). In her current position as Organizational Development Manager at Harley Davidson, she provides leadership- development coaching, creates organization-wide change-management plans, and devises the language, tone, strategy, and message of organization-wide communications. Ms. Strunk also teaches part-time in the UWM School of Continuing Education, volunteers at the Urban Ecology Center and United Way, and is an avid traveler.
