The Importance of a Strong Relationship Between HR and Finance

Join us for a fantastic presentation featuring Tina Schmitz.  Tina is the Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Treasurer at United Communications Corporation.

A successful organization has a strong relationship between Human Resources and Finance.

Learn from situations in other companies where the link between Human Resources and Finance was broken and the significant impact it had on the organization.  Through collaboration, good communication, and building partnerships, organizations can be more successful.  This session will cover three important objectives:

  1. Understand the importance of the relationship between HR and Finance in an organization.
  2. Understand the impact of decisions made in HR and Finance and how those two correlate.
  3. Learn how you can add value to your organization by building a stronger relationship between HR and Finance.
