Legal Update with Attorney Mark Goldstein
Join us for a legal update fresh on the heels of the SHRM Legislative Conference in Washington DC.
Past State Government Affairs Director (and SRKA chapter member) Mark Goldstein will present on workforce demographic trends (If “the Future is Female,” what precisely does that mean), various legislative and legal developments affecting the workplace, as well as the status of amendments to the White Collar Exemptions and the PPACA. We will update this description as the event approaches as the legislative environment in Washington is changing rapidly.
Mark Goldstein is President of Goldstein Law Group, S.C., a boutique law firm serving as outside general counsel to businesses big and small, with a focus on labor and employment issues, business litigation, and corporate law.
Mark received his B.A. from the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 1989 and his J.D. from the University of Wisconsin Law School in 1994. He is licensed in Wisconsin, Illinois, and numerous Federal Districts and Circuits.
