Legal Update with Attorney Mark Goldstein
Join us for a legal update fresh on the heels of the SHRM Legislative Conference in Washington DC.
Past State Government Affairs Director (and SRKA chapter member) Mark Goldstein will present on workforce demographic trends (If “the Future is Female,” what precisely does that mean), various legislative and legal developments affecting the workplace, as well as the status of amendments to the White Collar Exemptions and the PPACA. We will update this description as the event approaches as the legislative environment in Washington is changing rapidly.
